  • Extensive secondary desk research was conducted to fill in the information gaps from the data available in client’s database.
  • Implication of these events were highlighted after detailed analysis and brainstorming sessions with the client teams across multiple functions – Commercial, R&D, BD, Regulatory, Market Access etc.
  • Level of impact was assessed and ranked on priority index.
  • The information was compiled and delivered in a PPT presentation.
  • An excel dashboard was built for easy sorting, filtering and viewing the relevant competitor activity.
